Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra and their new Music Director

In April 2022 Mari Kodama has played Hans Werner Henze’s Concerto for piano and orchestra No. 2 with the Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra under the musical direction of Ryusuke Numajiri in Yokohama’s concert hall in Japan. This was Numajiri’s first concert a the new Music Director of the Orchestra and Henze’s work “was a wonderful discovery for me [Mari Kodama] and the orchestra”.
